The Alberta Music Industry Association is a non-profit, service-based association dedicated to helping professionals in the music industry to succeed in their careers.

Mandate:

Foster the excellence, diversity and vitality of Alberta artists and the Alberta sound recording industry.

What We Do:

Provide professional development opportunities, educational support, mentoring and training opportunities for Alberta artists and sound recording professionals.

Lobby government agencies in support of music industry issues.

Work toward the economic growth of our industry as changes in technology bring new methods and opportunities for expansion.

Initiate fundraising and sponsorship activities for the association.

Maintain the support and growth of the Western Canadian Music Alliance.

Advocate the values and interests of Alberta artists in the community.
